Stash pricing is simple: you pay per location, never per user. There are two plans — Pro and Scale — and every account starts with a 14-day free trial.
Plans at a glance
Pro — $99 per location per month, or $82 per location per month when billed yearly (2 months free). For businesses with 1 to 10 locations.
Scale — custom pricing for franchises and chains with more than 10 locations. Book a demo for a quote.
There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges, no per-user fees, and no feature add-ons. The live price list is always at getstash.io/pricing.
What's included in Pro
Pro is the full product. Every feature is included:
Up to 10 locations
Up to 10 team members per location
Unlimited items, purchase orders, suppliers, and transfers
POS, e-commerce, accounting, and automation integrations
Inventory tracking, low stock alerts, and inventory health (dead stock and velocity)
AI forecasting and trends

What Scale adds
Scale is the same product with more scale and service. It includes everything in Pro, plus:
Unlimited locations and unlimited users
Volume pricing — the more locations you run, the lower the per-location price
Custom reporting

Free trial
Every account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required and nothing is restricted.
When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't, your account pauses — your data is saved and nothing is deleted. You can pick up where you left off whenever you're ready.
Billing
Monthly or yearly
Pay monthly at $99 per location, or pay yearly and get 2 months free, which works out to $82 per location per month.
Adding or removing locations
You can add or remove locations anytime. Your bill adjusts automatically with prorated charges.
Moving from Pro to Scale
If you grow past 10 locations, get in touch via chat or book a demo. Moving to Scale is not a migration — your data and setup stay exactly as they are.
Payment methods
Stash accepts major credit and debit cards. Scale customers can ask the sales team about invoice billing.
Cancelling
There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Only Admins can manage billing.
Common questions
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Pricing is per location. Pro includes up to 10 team members per location and Scale includes unlimited users.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do you offer discounts for franchises or multi-location businesses?
Yes. Scale pricing is volume-based. Book a demo for a quote.
I only have one location. Which plan do I need?
Pro. It covers 1 to 10 locations at the same per-location price.
